Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • unused
  • in their original condition
  • in original packaging

Returns must be approved before being sent. Please contact us first so we can guide you through the process.


Damaged. Incorrect, or late deliveries

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, not as described or late, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

What counts as late?

  • An order that was deemed “Delivered” by our tracking service at your provided address later than the specified time window in the description of each product

Include:

  • clear photos of the issue
  • your order number

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

In many cases, you will not be required to return the item.


Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your provider.


Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Return instructions will be provided after approval.


Additional Notes

  • Sale items are eligible for refunds
  • Items returned in a different condition may not qualify for a full refund
  • All returns are reviewed upon receipt
